1. STEAG Energy Services India donates 20 KVA Silent DG set to Missionaries of Charity
As a first initiative under CSR, STEAG Energy Services India donates, installs and commissions a Sudhir make 20 KVA Silent DG set to Missionaries of Charity – Mother Teresa Home, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi on November 11, 2014. This Home is being run by sisters of Mother Teresa and provides special care and treatment for Leprosy affected patients. The Home consists of hospital wards including operation theatres.
The Home was using a 30 year old DG set, which was not working properly and not serviced due to lack of spares availability. After conducting a load survey, STEAG supplied the DG set to meet operation theatre and critical ward load requirements.
2. STEAG Energy Services India donates Hot Water Unit System to Missionaries of Charity
STEAG Energy Services India has provided, installed and commissioned 2 Hot Water Unit Systems for Ward A & B to Missionaries of Charity, Chattarpur, New Delhi on November 19, 2015. The system consists of softening unit, hot water unit and hot water supply piping.
Missionaries of Charity are running a home at Chattarpur in Delhi to look after about 100 mentally challenged women. They have large electricity consumption for heating bath water. SESI has replaced electric water heaters, which consume high power with air water heater system, which provides reliable hot water at very low power consumption. Latent heat from atmospheric air is absorbed and is transferred to water to be heated. Considerable saving in power has been achieved in electricity consumption.
3. STEAG Energy Services India donates equipment to ITI
STEAG Energy Services India donates a Vibration Analyzer, Shaft Laser Alignment Kit, Infra Red Thermography Camera, Ultrasonic Bearing Checker and Thickness Measurement Meter to Kuriakose Chavara Memorial Private ITI, Koonammavu, Kerala on March 29, 2016.
